Most important of all

Most important of all...

Petra needs our support in PRAYER. In the past several years the ministry of Petra has gone through several sudden personnel changes that have made it difficult to continue, and the support for their music from their previous record label has at times been less than what they hoped for. They have been exploited by people who should have helped them, and they have been abandoned by people who should have supported them. Their new label, Inpop Records, has been VERY supportive so far, but THEY STILL NEED US. Petra has an urgent message of the healing power of God to bring, especially in this time of political turmoil, and it's obvious that the band members have a fire in their hearts for God. Let's not forget to continue to lift them up in prayer...

...that they be strong and courageous to do what God has called them to do (Joshua 1:9)
...that they will not become weary in doing good, because at the proper time they will reap a harvest if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9)
...that God will generously give John and Bob wisdom for the direction the ministry should go in (James 1:5)
...that they will be abundantly blessed because of the time with their families that they sacrifice to be on the road with Petra (and their families will not suffer because of it) (Matthew 19:29)

Also add to your prayers that they be able to do many concerts all over the world so they can do what they do best (minister personally to people), and that this new album will be blessed.

"Father God, we ask that you give this new album Jekyll and Hyde feet to go places where people don't think it can go, wings to fly off the shelves of stores into the hands of people who need to hear it, and a mouth to speak for itself the message in each of the songs."
